By accessing or using DoWell's mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DoWell provides a fitness platform that allows users to access multiple gyms with a single membership, track workouts, receive AI-powered coaching, and manage their fitness journey. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Multi-gym access through QR code check-ins
• AI personal coaching and workout recommendations
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Gym discovery and reviews

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Membership and Payments

Subscription Plans

DoWell offers various subscription plans with different access levels and features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Gym Access Rules

When accessing partner gyms:

• You must check in using the DoWell app QR code
• Follow all gym-specific rules and regulations
• Respect gym staff, equipment, and other members
• Access is subject to gym capacity and operating hours
• Some premium facilities may require additional fees

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or gym staff
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the DoWell platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DoWell and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DoWell provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using gym facilities. Users assume all risks associated with physical exercise and gym activities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
